Vela has been developing and manufacturing laboratory notebooks and stationery for over 10 years. We take our commitment to quality and the sciences seriously. We guarantee that our products are void of any manufacturing errors and meet or surpass all the strict standards of ISO laboratory stationery.

If within 90 days of purchase, any material manufacturing errors are found, Vela will fully replace or refund your order if the product was operated according to specified standards. In the case of replacement, we will fully cover all return shipping costs.

If not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of shipment with a 15% restocking fee (this does not include custom orders). If books have been removed from an individual wrap or damaged upon return, there is a 35% restocking fee. Stationery with writing or pages removed may not be returned.

All returns must first be approved; please email hello@velasciences.com for approval and arrangement of delivery back to our warehouse for verification and restocking.

Domestic (USA)

Free 2-4 Day Shipping On All Orders Over $50 USD Or More. We ship a hybrid of USPS, UPS, and Fedex, with daily pickups. If you require a specific carrier, please select at checkout which would be preferred. 

If a package does not arrive or is damaged, please call or email us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

International:

We ship via a trusted freight forwarder who delivers reliably at the lowest cost possible for our customers. Final delivery depends on the shipment type chosen and the destination country. 

We ship all shipments with duties and VAT paid on your behalf. Please get in touch with us with shipment delays or damages.
