Return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:
- Used Notebooks
- Opened Adhesives Or Pens
- Custom Items
If there is a manufacturing error, Vela will refund or provide return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Notebooks containing no writing or markings may be returned with associated 15% restocking fee.
